United Torah Judaism chairman Moshe Gafni demanded the process of identifying victims in the Mount Meron disaster be halted in order to bury the bodies before Shabbat begins.
Public Security Minister Ohana and Israel's Police Commissioner said they would try to expedite the process within the confines of the law.
