The new phase includes three terraced boutique buildings rising 9 stories high, comprising 86 residential units thoughtfully designed to suit Jerusalem's unique character. The project offers a mix of 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses. It is located in the upper part of the neighborhood, along the main thoroughfare and directly facing the Aqueduct Park, the neighborhood's central park, which combines nature, recreation, and history.

The prime location, together with its dedicated architectural design, creates a prestigious and high-quality residential complex offering a wide variety of apartment types in boutique buildings with no more than three apartments per floor. Three-room apartments are priced from NIS 3.36 million, four-room apartments from NIS 3.9 million, and five-room apartments from NIS 4.17 million.

Lee Rom Oknin, Vice President of Marketing at Tzarfati Shimon Group, said: "The first phase of the Luria Project generated strong demand, and we are now opening sales for the second phase, which is located in the upper section of the neighborhood and directly overlooks the park. The elevated location of the buildings ensures scenic views starting from the first floors, while the terraced construction allows for a wide range of apartment layouts. The boutique design creates up to three apartments per floor and attracts a high-quality clientele from Jerusalem and the surrounding area, including families seeking to upgrade their homes, downsizers, and overseas residents. The project is also attracting investors who recognize its significant potential. We saw strong demand from these audiences during the marketing of the first phase, and we expect a similar buyer profile for the phase that is now being launched."

The Luria Project will comprise 17 eight-story buildings with a total of 335 new residential units in a diverse range of layouts. The development spans approximately 18 dunams across five separate plots in the upper section of the neighborhood, enabling terraced construction that creates a broad variety of apartment types and sizes, including garden apartments, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-room apartments, as well as luxury penthouses.

The project was designed by the architectural firm Yehuda Feigin Architects, which specializes in distinctive luxury developments in Jerusalem. The elevated positioning of the buildings and their proximity to the neighborhood's central park provide open views beginning from the lower floors.

The Moradot Arnona neighborhood is named after Arnona, the daughter of Ben-Zion Luria. The neighborhood covers approximately 250 dunams and is bordered by the veteran Arnona neighborhood to the west, Kibbutz Ramat Rachel to the south, the U.S. Embassy complex to the north, and the Judean Desert to the east.

The neighborhood's approved master plan includes approximately 1,830 housing units, commercial and employment areas, hotels, public institutions and community services, an archaeological park, public gardens, and open spaces. Development in the neighborhood will feature terraced construction and high pedestrian accessibility.
