El Al announced the opening of sales for direct flights to its two new destinations – Seoul in South Korea and Buenos Aires in Argentina, following previous announcements regarding the launch of the routes.

Flights to Seoul will begin in March 2027 and will operate three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturday nights, using the company's advanced Dreamliner aircraft, which include three service classes. Tickets will be sold starting from $1,199 for a round-trip LITE economy class ticket.

At the same time, sales have opened for the direct route to Buenos Aires. The route will begin operating this coming November with two weekly flights on Sundays and Tuesdays, and the flights will also be operated using Dreamliner aircraft. Tickets will be sold starting from $1,349 for a round-trip CLASSIC economy class ticket.

The flight to Buenos Aires is the longest operated by El Al, with a flight duration of more than 16 hours, and represents the first direct connection of its kind between Israel and this continent in more than a decade.

Shlomi Zafrani, Vice President of Commerce and Sales at El Al: "The opening of sales for the two destinations joins a broad move to expand El Al's route network, as part of which the company recently announced a series of new destinations in Asia, Europe, and South America, and continues to strengthen Israel's connection to tourism centers, businesses, and Jewish communities around the world."
