ICJ rules against provisional measures in case against German arms sales to Israel
Germany said on Wednesday it plans to resume cooperation with UNRWA, signaling a resumption of funding, frozen after Israel accused 12 UNRWA staff of participating in the Hamas-led Oct. 7 attack.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled against issuing provisional measures concerning Germany's arms sales to Israel on Tuesday.
Germany welcomed a ruling by the ICJ against issuing emergency orders to stop German arms exports to Israel.
"Nobody is above the law. This guides our actions," a statement by Germany's foreign ministry said on X.

The meeting was scheduled for 2:00 pm, the same time as a government meeting, and its three ministers will not attend the government meeting as a warning message to Netanyahu.

A terrorist was neutralized following a stabbing attack at Herod's Gate, located in the Old City in Jerusalem, on Tuesday afternoon.
According to initial MDA reports, an 18-year-old female who is in critical condition, along with a 30-year-old male, have been sent to the hospital for treatment of their wounds.
The terrorist who carried out the attack was a 34-year-old Turkish citizen named Hasan Skalanan, who entered Israel yesterday from Jordan through the Allenby Bridge, according to Israeli media reports.
"We were rapidly on the scene and found an 18-year-old conscious female with a stab wound to her upper body. We dressed the injury and stopped the bleeding, and she was evacuated in an MDA MICU to the hospital, conscious and in serious condition," the MDA medical unit stated.

There have been initial reports of an attempted ramming attack on security forces in the Arab town of Barta'a, according to a Tuesday Maariv report.
It was also reported by Ynet that a 21-year-old woman was moderately injured in a collision with a Palestinian vehicle near Barta'a.
The perpetrator has been reported to have fled the scene of the attack.

Following rocket launches from Gaza towards the southern Israeli city of Sderot on Monday, the Israel Air Force hit the source of the attack, the IDF said on Tuesday.
The rockets launched at Sderot were intercepted by the IDF aerial defense array.
IAF fighter jets struck the anti-tank launch site located in northern Gaza, as well as tunnel shafts and terrorist infrastructure in the area.

According to the reports, the eliminated operative had caused damage to Jewish centers in Germany. However, aside from the initial identification, no further information or details about the assassination or confirmation of who was behind it have been released.
In Germany two years ago, it was suspected that the IRGC was behind three attempts to damage synagogues in the country. The incidents were synchronized to occur on the same night in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, according to Ynet reports.

Following a Tuesday overnight Houthi attack into the Red Sea where three anti-ship ballistic missiles and three UAVs were fired from Yemen towards a Greece-owned vessel, there have been no initial signs of casualties and injures, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) said on Tuesday morning.
Additionally, CENTCOM forces were able to successfully destroy another Houthi UAV that was on a flight path towards USS Philippine Sea and USS Laboon in the Red Sea. It was also reported that there were no casualties or damages to the merchant vessels from the attack.
