The IDF announced that following alerts on Tuesday overnight, air defense forces successfully intercepted a UAV that crossed from Lebanon into the western Galilee.
"Alerts for missile and rocket fire were activated due to concerns about falling interception debris. There are no casualties," the IDF statement said.
No casualties or damage were reported.

Lufthansa said it had suspended five routes to and from Beirut "in an abundance of caution."
Flights at Beirut airport have been canceled or delayed, with Lebanon's Middle East Airlines (MEA) saying disruptions to its schedule were related to insurance risks as tensions escalate between Israel and the armed political group Hezbollah.
Lufthansa LHAG.DE on Monday said it had suspended five routes to and from Beirut by the group's carriers Swiss International Air Lines, Eurowings, and Lufthansa up to and including July 30 "in an abundance of caution."
A rocket strike that killed 12 teenagers and children in the Golan Heights on Saturday has added to concerns that Israel and the Iran-backed group could engage in a full-scale war.

This condemnation came in the wake of a heinous attack that took place on the evening of July 27, 2024. Hezbollah launched an Iranian-made rocket towards the northern town of Majdal Shams, striking a soccer field near a playground. The attack resulted in the deaths of 12 children and teenagers, aged between 10 and 20, and left at least 19 others wounded.

UK's Starmer says 'immediate steps' needed towards Gaza ceasefire
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer told Israel's President Isaac Herzog that there needed to be "immediate steps" towards a ceasefire in Israel's conflict with Hamas terrorists in Gaza.
"The Prime Minister said there must be immediate steps towards a ceasefire, so that hostages can be released and more humanitarian aid can get in for those in desperate need," Starmer's office said in a statement.
"The Prime Minister reiterated his ongoing support for Israel's right to self-defense in accordance with international law," the statement added.
Starmer met Herzog in Paris where both were attending the Olympics.
