IDF announces deaths of four fallen soldiers in northern Gaza Strip
The four operated in the IDF's Multidimensional Unit. Another officer in the unit was severely injured and was evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment.
The IDF announced on Tuesday the deaths of four soldiers who fell in battle against Hamas in Jabalya in the northern Gaza Strip.
The soldiers served in the IDF's Multidimensional Unit. The were reportedly killed by an explosive device, Hebrew media reported. They entered a building to clean and scan the area in the Palestinian city at 3 a.m., according to Maariv.

CIA Director Bill Burns floated a deal for a 28-day Gaza ceasefire, the freeing of around eight hostages by Hamas and the release of dozens of Palestinian prisoners by Israel, Axios reported on Monday, citing three Israeli officials.
Burns discussed the idea during a meeting on Sunday with Israeli and Qatari counterparts, Axios said.
