Israel facilitates entry of more aid trucks into northern Gaza
In a joint statement, the Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) and the IDF announced on Saturday afternoon that 11 humanitarian aid trucks entered the Jabalya and Beit Hanoun areas in northern Gaza on Thursday.
The trucks, containing food, water, and medical equipment, were reportedly brought to the distribution centers for the remaining population in Jabalya and Beit Hanoun.
The operation was led by the CLA for Gaza in cooperation with international aid organizations.
A total of 713 aid trucks were brought into the northern Gaza Strip through the Erez West crossing since the beginning of October.
Additionally, in cooperation with the World Health Organization, 220 patients and escorts were evacuated from hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip, COGAT and the IDF added.

Palestinian report: One killed, one detained in West Bank city of Aqaba
A Palestinian man, Adham Zayed Ezzat Al-Masry, was shot and killed by IDF troops in Aqaba, north of the West Bank city of Tubas, Palestinian Authority state media WAFA reported on Saturday morning.
A 50-year-old man was also reportedly wounded by the gunfire and another man was reportedly arrested.

Five projectiles crossed into Israeli territory from Lebanon on Saturday morning, the IDF reported.
The military reportedly intercepted some of the aerial targets while the others fell in open areas. The interceptions occurred after sirens sounded in the area between 9:26 a.m. and 9:27 a.m.

With the information provided by IDF intelligence, the IAF struck several command centers and weapons manufacturing sites in Dahieh, a Hezbollah stronghold in Lebanon's capital Beirut, overnight, the military announced on Saturday morning.
The IDF noted that the Hezbollah centers and manufacturing facilities were embedded in a civilian area in the capital, endangering the lives of civilians. To mitigate the risk to Lebanese civilians, the IDF said it issued advanced warnings before the IAF began striking the facilities.

IDF eliminates dozens of terrorists in Gaza, strikes Hezbollah infrastructure in Lebanon
The IDF struck over 50 terror targets in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon since Friday morning, the military announced in an early Saturday morning operational update.
These terror targets struck reportedly included military structures, weapons storage facilities, and launchers.
Dozens of terrorists were eliminated in Gaza's Jabalya, and soldiers operating there located and dismantled a weapons storage facility, the IDF added.
Further terrorist and infrastructure targets in Rafah were also reportedly destroyed.

Pentagon chief speaks with new Israeli defense minister
US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin spoke with new Israeli defense minister Israel Katz on Friday for the first time since he took office, the Pentagon said.
"Secretary Austin reaffirmed the United States' ironclad commitment to Israel's security and support for its right to defend itself," a Pentagon readout of the call said.

The United States has told Qatar that Hamas's presence in Doha is no longer acceptable after the Palestinian militant group rejected in recent weeks the latest proposal to achieve a hostage deal, a senior administration official told Reuters on Friday.
Qatar then made the demand to Hamas leaders about ten days ago, the official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said.
Qatar, alongside the United States and Egypt, has played a major role in rounds of so far fruitless talks to broker a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages the militant group is holding in the Gaza Strip.
