In early October, the Israel Air Force (IAF) conducted a strike that killed Muhammad Musa Salah, Hezbollah’s field commander in the Khiam area, the military confirmed on Wednesday.
Salah was responsible for directing multiple terrorist attacks against Israel and had overseen the launch of over 2,500 projectiles targeting the Golan Heights, Upper Galilee, and IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon.
In a recent strike this week (Sunday) in southern Lebanon, the IDF killed Ayman Muhammad Nabulsi, the newly appointed commander of the Hezbollah “Nasser Unit” anti-tank missile array in Hajir.
Additional precise strikes eliminated Hezbollah commanders in the Ghajar and Tebnit areas. Among those killed was Hajj Ali Yussef Salah, who served as the Hezbollah commander in Tebnit.
These operations further reduce Hezbollah’s capacity to launch terrorist attacks from southern Lebanon against Israeli civilians along the northern border. The IDF continues its efforts to counter and neutralize threats posed to Israel.
