Ahmad Tibi attacked by right-wing activists: 'terrorist,' 'murderer'
The Arab MK responded to the incident by saying that if a government would form that the Joint List supported, "an Arab MK would be murdered."

Right-wing activists attacked Joint List leader and Ta'al leader Ahmad Tibi on Saturday morning outside of an event at which he was scheduled to speak in Ramat Hasharon.The activists protested his participation in the event, held large Israeli flags and, according to footage later released, tried to hit Tibi and stop him from entering the premises using the flags as police protected him.The protesters called Tibi a “terrorist” and a “murderer” and held signs saying that the Knesset member is “not welcome” and “praises martyrs.”None of the protesters had been arrested or removed as of press time.Later at the event, Tibi said that “if the government were supported by the Joint List, an Arab MK would be murdered.”
