The BBB hamburger restaurant chain is joining the national campaign, giving security forces in the Gaza Strip and in the north of the country hot hamburger meals. Security personnel are invited to eat in most of the restaurants nationwide, free of charge, with the presentation of an ID card. The free meals are intended for all security forces, which include regular IDF soldiers, reservists, police, MDA, and firefighters.
Also, BBB branches have mobilized to help the residents of the Gaza border communities. Hundreds of hamburger meals are being sent every day to hotels and hospitality complexes in the Center and North, where the residents are staying.
As part of this campaign, BBB will operate its food truck in the coming days to distribute hot hamburger meals to security forces and soldiers in various areas throughout the country.
In addition, at some BBB restaurants, they have set up collection and donation centers for equipment for security forces and residents of the South. Volunteers and employees of the network have been collecting, sorting, and distributing the collected equipment and products, which include dry food, clothing, socks, underwear, thermal clothing, towels, mobile phone chargers, and headlamps.
According to Ahuva Turgeman, CEO of the BBB Group: "During this difficult time, we decided to mobilize and help the security forces and the residents of the Gaza Strip border towns in order to provide them with a warm, tasty, and indulgent meal.
"I'm touched to see how BBB employees and franchisees mobilized to help for this important cause."
