The IDF announced on Wednesday that the Air Force struck two Hamas commanders, one of whom participated in the October 7th Massacre, in Nuseirat.
The IDF noted that it later struck a Hamas commander in the Tuffah area of Gaza, and that both of the terrorists planned to attack soldiers in the Strip.
According to Reuters, citing the Hamas-led Health Ministry, an airstrike at a police post in Gaza City killed nine Palestinians.
The attack in Nuseirat killed one Palestinian, Hamas-run Health Ministry medics told Reuters, with Wednesday's death toll rising to at least 10.
Notably, the Associated Press reported that one of the people killed in the strike was a 13-year-old girl.
Also on Wednesday, the IDF confirmed that strikes on the Al-Shati area of Gaza killed four Hamas Nukhba terrorists.
The military confirmed it killed Muhammad Hamdi Ahmad Al-Masri, a Nukhba company commander; Samed Samir Harb Abu Habal, a Nukhba platoon commander who infiltrated Israeli territory on October 7; Muhammad Attar, a Nukhba platoon commander; and Muhammad Fathi Hussein Nasser, a Nukhba platoon commander.
All four were planning attacks on IDF troops in the area. Hamas Health Ministry officials said that the strikes killed seven people, including one child.
IDF seals Gaza tunnels belonging to Hamas
Also on Wednesday, the IDF announced that it had sealed two tunnels belonging to Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
The IDF's Gaza Division Combat Engineers were deployed to seal the tunnels, which had a combined length of more than two kilometers.
Drone footage released by the IDF shows the tunnels running underground at length, packed with sandbags.
The IDF also said that troops operating in the area are working in accordance with the ceasefire agreement, while maintaining that the IDF continues to work to remove immediate threats.
