The IDF arrested three Palestinian suspects related to an attack on Friday against a haredi (ultra-Orthodox) settler group hiking in the West Bank, Maariv reported on Saturday.
According to the report, the military transferred the suspects to the Israel Police for questioning following the intelligence-based arrest operation.
Maariv cited an Israel Police statement noting that two additional suspects have yet to be located following the attack, in which stones were thrown at the Jewish group after they entered a Palestinian village during an unapproved hike.
Several of the hikers were lightly injured in the attack, with an 18-year-old Palestinian being shot and killed by a civilian security coordinator from a nearby settlement.
The IDF extracted the Israelis from the village, with the soldiers receiving no injuries.
