The IDF launched a wave of strikes against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon on Thursday after the terror group launched two explosive drones toward IDF soldiers operating in southern Lebanon, the military stated.
"The IDF struck Hezbollah infrastructure in the Nabatiya area," the military confirmed.
"As part of the strikes, the IDF struck Hezbollah weapon storage facilities that were established in order to harm Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers," the military added.
During Hezbollah's attack overnight between Wednesday and Thursday, IDF soldiers opened fire, downing one of the drones, while contact was lost with the second drone.
No IDF injuries were reported from either drone attack.
