The north of Israel glittered white as the sun rose over the horizon Friday morning, with up to 15 centimeters of snow covering Mount Hermon.
Pictures show a winter wonderland in both the lower and the higher regions, with the bottom having up to 8 centimeters of snow and the hilltops having up to 15 centimeters.
