An Israeli passenger responded violently on an EL AL plane from Poland on Wednesday over what he said was an "immodest movie" that was playing on the in-flight entertainment system, Channel 2 reported.
The 36-year-old man, who is a resident of Beit Shemesh, caused damage to equipment on the plane, according to the report.
He was apprehended upon landing at Ben Gurion Airport International Airport.
Last month, an Austrian Airlines flight from Vienna to New York was forced to make an emergency landing in Canada due to an in-flight disturbance caused by an Israeli passenger.
Mayhem broke out during the flight when a passenger was caught smoking in the bathroom.  When  the passenger who appeared to be intoxicated, was discovered by members of the flight crew, he became unruly and began to hurl insults at the flight attendants.
