No law enforcement or person would be able to stop Iran's nuclear enrichment program, Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) chief Mohammad Eslami said, the state-run Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA) reported on Thursday.

"The enemies' [US and Israel] claims that they can stop are wishes that will go to the grave," he added.

"All conspiracies and enemy actions, including this war [operations Roaring Lion and Epic Fury], have not yielded results," he stated.

"They [US and Israel] now want to reach a result through negotiations - this is only for their own and the 'Zionists' pleasure," he added.

"After decades of hostility and hostile actions, the enemies have reached the stage of desperation today, and a request for a ceasefire indicates their defeat," he concluded.

Trump says he will work with Iran for 'very productive regime change, there will be no enrichment'

Shortly after the ceasefire took effect, US President Donald Trump on Wednesday wrote on Truth Social that "There will be no enrichment of Uranium, and the United States will, working with Iran, dig up and remove all of the deeply buried (B-2 Bombers) Nuclear 'Dust.' It is now, and has been, under very exacting satellite surveillance (Space Force). Nothing has been touched since the date of the attack."

"The United States will work closely with Iran, which we have determined has gone through what will be a very productive regime change," Trump wrote.

He also said that the US will work with Iran to establish a "very productive regime change" during upcoming ceasefire talks, and added that the talks will focus on tariff and sanctions relief, and claimed that many of America's 15 points were already agreed upon.

Israeli politicians react to Iranian enrichment status

Additionally, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu noted on Wednesday that Israel still has more goals to achieve, including the issue of Iran's enriched uranium, which he stated would either be accomplished through diplomacy or through force.

"This is not the end of the war," said Netanyahu, "but a stop on the way to achieving all the goals," emphasizing the necessity of both Operation Rising Lion and Operation Roaring Lion, stating that if either had not occured, "Iran would have had a nuclear weapon a long time ago."

"We didn't just destroy Iran's missiles," continued Netanyahu, "we destroyed their ability to manufacture missiles. The Iranians are firing what they have left in stock. We have severely damaged the nuclear program, we have destroyed centrifuge plants and eliminated more nuclear scientists."
