Rogue Israeli balloon stirs fears of spies in Turkey
According to Turkey's Hurriyet daily news, the balloon initially triggered rumors of airborne extraterrestrials.

Fears over what locals suspected to be an Israeli spy-craft gripped locals in the Turkish province of Malatya Thursday after a balloon bearing the Israeli flag and the words "Welcome to Israel" made landfall.According to Turkey's Hurriyet daily news, the balloon, initially triggered rumors of airborne extraterrestrials.However, after falling into the garden of a private home in the province's Hekimhan district, the foreign object was determined not to be from outer-space. Authorities were then dispatched to investigate the incident and seized the balloon which locals feared may be used to spy on them.The Turkish government has not yet issued a statement regarding the incident.
