Officers arrest terrorist heading towards them carrying knife; man admits during probe that he intended to "stab soldiers."

Border Police officers were able to prevent a terrorist from carrying out a knife attack on Monday morning in Hebron, police reported later in the day.A Palestinian terrorist arrived at a Border Police stand and began moving quickly towards the officers with a knife in his hand.
