Almost everyone has to deal with the ups and downs of life. When we get bad news, when we find ourselves in a stressful situation and more, we have to act quickly.

Generations evolve and we are directly affected by this. Baptiste sees this as a change.  His idea to create the concept came from questioning what he did until now. "A change can be a failure, a rejection, a loss, an illness and many other things. So, like you, I had to deal with that. I have boosted my spirit in order to climb the ladder," said Baptiste.

Baptiste Monnet became known because he launched the concept in English to reach more people. Moreover, it is a concept that concerns most people around the globe. A rather successful and daring challenge on his part. It is also true that when we say "Boost Mind", it is easy to pronounce and remember. Coming from Switzerland, he has differentiated himself by his authenticity and his frankness. He has made Boost Mind a real brand. Baptiste offers individual coaching, at a distance or in person.

In fact, he is not bilingual at all, but he has had experiences in a few countries where English was the official language or most spoken language. "I would like to share that the main motivation for this idea came from my burnout. I went to Toronto and that experience changed me and will stay with me. And I can respond to my clients in English," said Baptiste.

"I do not enjoy saying that I brought something that concerns everyone. In fact, I share that every day we boost our mind to be better. Things are hard and let's do the best we can. The act of boosting the mind means many things. I could cite examples like reading, writing, practicing a sport, riding a motorcycle and more. Everyone has their own method. My message is that Boost Mind is not a trend, but a way of life. I am just sharing this information," said Baptiste.

We know that Baptiste Monnet has worked as a social educator and coach. He also worked in the field of logistics and private security.  In particular, he has created several online businesses where he has encountered "failure" on many occasions. He knew how to find every opportunity in his most difficult moments. His way of seeing things is due to his background.

"Failure is part of the path to success. It seems that we all want to be successful one day. But what does it really mean? Everyone has their own definition, I guess. As I already said, success is about being who you want to be every day and that is a duty, in my opinion. You have the choice to learn from your failures and see them as a ladder. I like to give the example of a ladder because you climb the rungs of it.  You can either stand still and do nothing. Or you can be constantly moving. Do and try new things. Appreciate and be aware of what you already have. Get out of your house. Meet new people," said Baptiste.

As per Baptiste, we have to see further and focus on ourselves. The human being, in spite of all that he has done, is able to differentiate between good and bad if he is in full capacity. That is the only way that makes you better every day.
