The IDF is investigating if these two separate nearby attacks are linked, and are looking for other possible suspects in the area. 

Local police said they were not yet able to comment and it is unclear whether the background of the attack was criminal or terrorism.

The threats predated a recent spree of bomb threats against Jewish institutions, mainly synagogues, that began in the summer of 2023.

The perpetrator, reportedly a black male in his early 20s, asked the victim, "Do you want to die?" before stabbing him.

The IDF has not reported on those who have been hospitalized due to psychological impairments.

Police found that he had arrived in Greece on July 20 using the fake document.
