Israel's Druze Community

Syrian government forces have entered the city of Sweida in southern Syria, a stronghold of the Druze community, following two days of violent clashes that left dozens dead. 

Arbel confirmed that the recommendation for the committee came from the National Council for Planning and Building, and he fully endorsed the plan.

The funds were drawn from Passages' Israel War Relief Fund, launched by Passages Alumni following the October 7 massacre.
