Rapaport had never visited Israel but since October 7, he’s been back repeatedly.
This year it seems borderline ridiculous, since, for most of us, there will be more suspense over which celebrities wear yellow ribbons to draw attention to the 134 hostages held in Gaza by Hamas.
The sketch was especially striking in the way it used clips of real stars attending recent awards shows to make it look as if Rapaport was actually hosting the awards.
This demonstration came following an announcement that hostage deal negotiations made meaningful progress and that Hamas was willing to be more flexible with its demands.
“So use the app, don’t use the app, I don’t give a f*ck," comedian Michael Rapaport says. "Let’s bring them home now!”
“I’m embarrassed that not one person said one thing... at the Golden Globes the other night, about the 133 hostages that were kidnapped in broad daylight, Rapaport said.
