Knesset Legal Advisor Sagit Afik reportedly refused to file the motion, which Rothman sought because she had expressed bias on the matter.
Simcha Rothman filed a restraining order against a group of over 400 people who sought to disrupt his vacation.

The bill would prevent the use of the reasonableness standard against administrative decisions by the government, prime minister, and ministers.
