Knesset Legal Advisor Sagit Afik reportedly refused to file the motion, which Rothman sought because she had expressed bias on the matter.
Simcha Rothman filed a restraining order against a group of over 400 people who sought to disrupt his vacation.

"The current situation is not democracy, and not the rule of law," Simcha Rothman said. "The High Court will not determine what is reasonable, the ministers will determine [that]."
"There are about 1300 revision requests that we require to be justified," said Kariv. "There is a limit to how many things can be imposed on the opposition."
The bill would prevent the use of the reasonableness standard against administrative decisions by the government, prime minister, and ministers.

Without the standard, the deputy AG warned that government officials would have no legal obligation to act in a reasonable manner.
