The governing coalition weakens by two mandates. A 5% decrease in approval ratings for Netanyahu as suitable for PM, 53% of the public believes Israel will win the war against Hamas.
The poll results would leave the current coalition with 45 seats and the former coalition would earn 71 seats.
The poll was conducted by the Israel Democracy Institute, with a sample size of 538, interviewed by phone in Arabic. The margin of error was 4.31%.
Over two-thirds of Israeli respondents said they favor another hostage exchange with Hamas, while less than 25% said they oppose such a deal.
Almost two thirds of Israelis do not believe that Israel has a clear plan for the Gaza Strip for after the war.
Four of five respondents said they considered themselves to be a Zionist. Over half of respondents, 57%, strongly agreed with the statement.
Only 7% of Palestinians said that they believed that Hamas committed atrocities on October 7.
