A 50-year-old man suspected of planning a terror attack near Jerusalem was arrested, along with his son, after police found weapons and incitement materials.

Van Rootselaar, who killed nine others before committing suicide, is suspected by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to have acted alone.

The bodycam footage challenges the Trump administration's account, with additional evidence suggesting the agent had bragged about his marksmanship after the shooting.
