Gunfire in broad daylight, soaring murder rates, and collapsing trust in policing reveal how Arab citizens in Israel are being left without basic personal security.

According to reports, Palestinians approached an illegal farm established by Jewish settlers on private land in Area B of the West Bank. Police told KAN that dozens of Palestinians attacked the farm.

The draft constitution also called for the "right of return" for refugees, caring for families of "martyrs, prisoners, and exiles," and reaffirming the PLO's position as representing Palestinians.

IPS Commissioner Kobi Yaakobi was summoned for a second hearing on suspicion of fraud, breach of trust, and obstruction of investigations. A pre-indictment hearing is underway.

During the operation, the IDF arrested multiple suspects affiliated with Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad and seized tens of thousands of shekels in alleged terror funds, the IDF said. 

The pitch, the IDF Central Command claimed, sat too close to the seam zone, alleging that the structure and its occupants provided an observation point too sensitive for its volatile location.

The case refers to the violent November attack on the Palestinian village of Jaba that erupted hours after security forces evacuated the unauthorized outpost of Tzur Misgabi in the Gush Etzion.

According to the military, "After the incident, a military police investigation was opened, Upon its completion, its findings will be forwarded to the Military Advocate General for review."

A series of rules required extra approvals from the IDF legal division, the Civil Administration, the Palestinian Authority, and others for purchasing or building on land in the West Bank.

The operation, which targeted the employment of individuals entering Israel without valid permits, involved inspections of more than 120 businesses.
