Three suspects – including a minor – were arrested Monday on suspicion of taking part in a wedding celebration last month in which revelers were caught on video dancing with guns and cheering the murder of a Palestinian toddler and his parents. The suspects are being held on charges of incitement to violence. Among the suspects is the wedding singer, who continued to perform during the dancing. In video taken at the scene, a group of men can be seen dancing while a number of them hold guns and knives in the air and one of the revelers repeatedly stabs a photo of Ali Dawabshe, the 18-month-old murdered along with his parents in the firebomb attack on their house in the Palestinian village of Duma in July.Last week, police arrested four suspects allegedly seen dancing in the video, including the groom. They were released from custody on Thursday, though one of the suspects – an IDF soldier whose rifle was passed around during the dancing – was kept in the custody of the Military Police. The video was shot at the wedding of a well-known Jewish extremist and caused shock and outrage when it was first broadcast by Channel 10.A number of politicians from across the political spectrum criticized the display, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who said: “Israel is a land of the rule of law. We will not tolerate a situation where a particular group refuses to accept the laws of the state and carries out acts of murder.”
