Miriam F. Elman is the Executive Director of the Academic Engagement Network (AEN), a DC-based nonprofit educating, and empowering faculty and staff on university and college campuses across the U.S.
From 2008-2022 Ms. Elman was a tenured member of the faculty at the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs, Syracuse University, where she served as the Robert D. McClure Professor of Teaching Excellence.
