Qumran restaurant, known as one of Tel Aviv's favorites, announces an exciting collaboration with chef Moshik Roth. This marks Rute's first professional engagement with an Israeli restaurant. While his global eateries have earned Michelin stars and high praise among culinary connoisseurs, Rute has never served as a chef or owner in Israel.
As part of the collaboration, Rute has recently crafted a new menu featuring previously unseen Mediterranean-style dishes. Alongside the new menu, currently available for tasting, he will also lead and manage the restaurant's culinary direction. Among the new dishes on the menu are: Sea Bar Risotto, Crispy Locus Cubes, Beef Tartare Taco, Jasper Grilled Halva, and more. This is a prime opportunity for the Israeli audience to experience both Rute's excellent cuisine and a fresh, new perspective previously unseen even in the global culinary scene.
Moshik Roth stated, "I am delighted and excited about the connection with Qumran. It is a unique place with an unparalleled atmosphere. I am privileged to introduce diners to a different perspective of mine, an aspect they have not yet encountered. The food I cook at Qumran is joyful, connecting to locality through fresh, quality ingredients and my personal touch. Just come and enjoy."
Liran Tzadik, owner of Qumran restaurant, commented, "The connection with Moshe was natural and desired; we have known each other well for years, and now this is our first collaboration. He is a top-notch chef, and his food manages to excite and satisfy everyone's palate. I invite you to come to Qumran and enjoy good food and an atmosphere found only here."
