The excellent bar of the Imperial Group collaborates with The Oyster Society for a focused pop-up dedicated to shucking.

The plan is, simply, to tackle the rising temperatures with fresh marine produce from Neri Ashkenazi and Achi Rehan's justified association, matched food by Matan Bitran, cool wines, and Grey Goose-based cocktails - at hot prices allowing for indulgence in fours, eights, and dozens.

You'll find here, among other things, Fine de Claire oysters with Tabasco and mignonette (NIS 72 for four, NIS 140 for eight, NIS 210 for a dozen), or with XO shrimp sauce, chicken demi-glace, and crème fraîche (NIS 85), oyster tartare on brioche with black caviar from the Dan (NIS 72), bloody oyster (NIS 42), Rockefeller oysters with cheddar and nuts (NIS 32), escabeche oysters and bone marrow (NIS 98), mussels and chips (NIS 98), fried calamari with crab stock (NIS 64), and crab tortellini with bisque (NIS 82).

The luxury brand of Carmel Wineries collaborates with the charming wine bar of "Private Room" and Eyal Naor for a one-time evening of pours, tastings, and plenty of views.

The event, held on Thursday (June 27, from 18:00) at the bar in Tel Aviv's Panorama House, will be dedicated to the esteemed Carmel series wines and offer a glass at the entrance with guest names. From there, it’s up to you and your personal taste, deciding on the bottle(s) and the accompanying food - perhaps rosé or Chardonnay Vineyards, for example, Single Vineyards Riesling from Mount Avital Vineyard, or Old Vine Carignan from Vadi Milk Vineyard.
