Ofaimme Winery, Next Vintage in 2023

Many people know the Ofaimme Farm, where everything that emerges is nothing short of culinary art.

In recent years, Ofaimme Farm has extended its hand to alcohol as well: refreshing ciders, beer kegs, and even wine. Their wine brand, called "Local," symbolizes the deep roots of the farm to the land.

"Next Time, Local 2023" is a dry white, 100% Roussanne. Some of the grapes ferment on their skins, imparting a slightly bitter taste to the wine. It offers a wonderful blend of maturity and freshness, floral notes, and intriguing smokiness.

Price: NIS 110. Available exclusively at Ofaimme Farm stores in the Eden complex, Derech Shlomo 6, Tel Aviv, and adjacent to the George Hotel, Israel Tel 5, Tel Aviv.

Macleans Harmony

Macleans Whiskey celebrates 200 years with the launch of the third edition in The Harmony Collection. This collaboration with sisters and photographers/designers, Mary and Stella McKartney, draws inspiration from Scotland's rural landscapes, reflected in natural packaging and labels. The whiskey itself evokes green heather and barley fields.

Ben & Jerry's, Dublin Ice Cream

Due to popular demand, Ben & Jerry's Israel is bringing back a beloved flavor to the shelves: Dublin Mudslide is an Irish cream ice cream with chocolate chocolate chip cookies and a swirl of fudge coffee. The ice cream is named after the famous cocktail "Mudslide" composed of Irish cream, vodka, and coffee liqueur.

"We just poured whiskey on it and sprinkled it with a spoon. No need for more. But it's an excellent ice cream for cold coffee with whiskey or a bit more Irish cream."

Price: NIS 24.90 per pint
