1/4 cup soy sauce

3 cm fresh ginger, grated

Handful of finely chopped cilantro

Juice from half a lemon

Instructions:

1. In a hot skillet, sear a tortilla without oil, cooking for one minute on each side. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by cucumber sticks, a small handful of glass noodles, a piece of tuna, a bit of green onion, fresh chili, cilantro, and avocado. Fold the edges inwards and roll tightly like an egg roll.

2. Wrap in parchment paper and cut in half with the paper still on.

3. Serve alongside homemade soy sauce. To prepare, mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly and serve.
