Ingredients:
Natural flavor chickpea tofu
Olive oil
Salt
Crushed black pepper
Instructions:
1. Slice the chickpea tofu into thin, chip-like slices.
2. Place the tofu slices in a large bowl and season with half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
3. If baking, arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 7 minutes until the chips turn crispy.
4. If frying, heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu slices until golden.
