Where you train determines what you should wear

The key to staying motivated lies in finding the right workout and clothing that encourages you to dress up and head out, whether for a run, Pilates, or a gym session.

If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that no one ever truly enjoys the workout itself. We enjoy the feeling afterward, the pride of running another kilometer or reaching a faster pace, the coffee with friends after a session, and the euphoria from the endorphins. But let’s face it—without all of that, the workout itself is the toughest part.

That’s why we’re not only searching for workouts that suit us and make us feel good, but also for clothes that motivate us to get dressed and leave the house. The combination of the “right” workout for us and clothing that excites us is usually what helps us stick with it.

To help you get organized, we’ve created the perfect list that pairs workout styles with the most suitable clothing, so you can turn “another workout” into a lifestyle.

Running in the Park

Today, parks are some of the most inviting places for running or walking—the paths are wide, split for pedestrians and cyclists, the lighting is bright even at night, and the people around us give us motivation. For park workouts, it’s best to choose breathable clothing that allows for movement, along with Ultraboost 5 running shoes. The gym is undoubtedly a place that takes some time to get used to, but after a while, we feel right at home and even start recognizing the regulars around us. For the gym, we want shoes that provide extra comfort, like the DROPSET shoes. Tennis is considered a physically and mentally demanding sport, and enthusiasts can’t go a week without a match (or usually much more). Our recommendation, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, is to embrace the sport and invest in stylish tennis skirts, light-colored tank tops, and don’t forget white shoes and hats to complete the look. These are an integral part of the workout—just like the racquet.
