Three people were killed in three separate traffic accidents in the span of an hour in Israel on Thursday, Hebrew media reported.
A 40-year-old motorcyclist was killed by an oncoming car on Highway 1. Another 40-year-old man was killed when his car overturned in the Negev region.
A 16-year-old pedestrian was killed when he was hit by a car in Beersheba. MDA paramedics evacuated him to a nearby hospital, where medical officials had to pronounce his death.
Eight people were lightly injured in a car accident between several vehicles on Route 471 near the Amishev interchange the same day.
MDA paramedics gave them treatment at the scene and evacuated them to the Belinson, Schneider and Sharon hospitals.
