Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat speaks out against riots in the capital

Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat spoke out against the Arab rioters that were taking place in the capital on Sunday evening and said that he was in constant contact with the police. Barkat said that the municipality would assist the police in any way possible.
