Palestinian shot after failed attempt at car-ramming attack in West Bank

Initial reports indicate that a Palestinian assailant allegedly tried to ram a car into an Israeli in the West Bank village of Silwad on Friday.The assailant was shot and evacuated to hospital for treatment.
