The Security Cabinet officially agreed to an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire set to begin immediately at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning. Hamas's armed wing rejected the Egyptian ceasefire proposal Monday evening as 'surrender and capitulation' and vowed to continue fighting.
