For the largest culinary picnic in the country and probably also the one with the most beautiful view, we invite you to come especially from all corners of the country. After all, it is not every day that the best chefs in Israel gather on the same lawn, among them Haim Cohen, Moshik Roth, Israel Aharoni, Shaul Ben Aderet and the Machneyuda group that comes especially from the Holy City to the sea of Tel Aviv.
Tel Aviv Eat festival in collaboration with Hever and the Tel Aviv–Yafo Municipality, which celebrates 10 years of mass feeding, returns this year to Charles Clore Park in a festive format, with dozens of food trucks, food stalls, alcohol to raise morale, performances and also a playful breeze from the sea.
In the artistic menu: Trends from the world and the biggest Instagram stars
For 4 days, the large lawn will house fast food stalls, food trucks of well–known restaurants, and dozens of dessert stalls, and in honor of the decade celebrations, some of the participating restaurants will launch flagship dishes, collaborations with food influencers and also culinary trends from the country and the world – including corn balls from Japan and a Wagyu beef burger from Agadir, which will be launched especially for the event.
Another innovation that will arrive this year at the festival is a large complex of the cooking brand "Ninja", which will host the best food bloggers for dishes they created together. After the success of the Ninja restaurant last year, the complex will grow and serve throughout the festival days dishes created as part of collaborations of the beloved food influencers Kobi Edri and Ben Shay, Omer Miller and Efrat Lichtenstadt, Gal Zahavi and Elad Tsafany, and also Yonit Tsukerman and Rubi Michael.
The complex will also be joined by a "Brain Freeze" sweets area with ice creams and slushies, led by the children's stars Dylan Dror and Avigail Wisman.
Haim Cohen's wings and Moshik Roth's Dutch fries
Also coming to the festival: Moshik Roth in a guest appearance with a selection of handmade sausages from special cuts inside a soft and airy brioche bun, the legendary wings of Dixie will be served alongside home fries and the famous milk buns of Guy Gamzo and Nununu will be filled with a variety of decadent fillings.
The giant meat smokers of Pitmaster will fill the air with enticing smells, and Aharoni will arrive with his excellent crispy chicken, and alongside him Thomas Zohar and Shaul Ben Aderet with tribute dishes to The Blue Rooster.
Also on the goodies list: Magnificent smashburgers of Local and M32, a colorful fiesta of Mexicana, a single and special stall that will bring the flavors of Azerbaijan, including dushbara, plov and sweet baklavas sticky with honey. Itay Kushmaro will prepare the burgers of AKA and add corn balls from Japan and ice cream from America, and alongside them will star a ragu–burger and malawach containing fish shawarma – a culinary brilliance by chef Yinon Elal from Lunel restaurant.
The flavors of the Far East will be provided by dim sum, noodles and onigiri stalls, together with corndog and a variety of desserts for every craving and preference: Cakes of Holy Crack Pie, ice cream from Aldo, the beloved decadence of Pnina Pie, creme brulee from Haburrlia and Krembo by Kaboom, shakes of Grand Prix, ice–ball and knafeh, cut fruits and banana roti, heaven forbid anything should be missing.
The prices of the dishes are between NIS 30–55, and during the event Tel Aviv–Yafo 360 will also be inaugurated – the huge round stage in Charles Clore Park, which will take part in summer events, including the Pride Parade and the Pride Party, White Night and additional events.
