'Mubarak's son stole profits from gas sales to Israel'
Egyptian newspaper reports Gamal Mubarak being investigated for allegedly pocketing five percent of revenues from gas deal with Israel.

Gamal Mubarak, the son of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak, is being investigated for allegedly taking five percent of the money made from natural gas sales to Israel to his own personal account, Egyptian newspaper al-Masri al-Youm reported on Saturday.According to the report, Mubarak also used his influence to obtain five percent of the revenues for businessman Hussein Salem.RELATED:'Mubarak could face death penalty for fire on protesters''Mubarak detention extended over Israel gas deal'Mubarak has denied the allegations, saying "I have no bearing on the issue of gas from near or far and did not get a commission."Hosni Mubarak, his wife and a second son are also facing corruption charges in Egypt.
