Former president's son says he will "continue to be proud" of his father, and "the whole nation will know he is innocent."

Moshe Katsav's family expressed anger at the former president's rape conviction on Thursday.Katsav's wife, Gila Katsav, who did not go to the Tel Aviv District Court, said after the ruling: "I feel very bad."RELATED:Livni on Katsav verdict: Not a simple day for IsraelThe former president's son, Boaz Katsav, said that he believes in his father's innocence."I will continue to be proud of our father, the eighth president of Israel," he told the press as his father left the courthouse."This trial...is not part of Israeli morality," Katsav's son said.
