Two men were wounded, one seriously and one moderately, in a car bombing in south Tel Aviv on Saturday night.Police believe the incident was criminal, an attempted hit on the two victims, brothers Yaniv and Shaul Peretz. The two brothers, aged 27 and 30 respectively, live close to the site of the bombing in the Tel Kabir neighborhood. Both were taken to Wolfson Medical Center in Holon for treatment after the bombing.Police and witnesses at the scene said the two men were inside the car when it exploded outside a neighborhood kiosk, and that the car was moving at the time. David Gez said that police do not know how large the bomb was or when it was affixed to the car. He added that the investigation is being handled by the subdistrict and not the YAMAR Central Investigative unit.
