Bulgur salad with grapes and feta cheese which is a complete meal

Orly Plai-Bronstein prepares a surprising and refreshing summer salad. Next to the bulgur are grapes, pistachios and feta cheese. A salad that is completely a meal.

This bulgur salad is a real celebration and it even has a respectable representation of the seven species, you can also add pomegranate seeds or pomegranate concentrate to the sauce.

Ingredients for 4 dishes:

1 cup full bulgur

2 cups of boiling water

100 grams of feta cheese

1 cup of halved green and/or purple grapes

1 cup chopped cilantro

3 chopped green onion stalks

1 hot green pepper thinly sliced (optional)

1/2 cup lightly toasted pistachios

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon sumac

Preparation:

1. Place the bulgur in a bowl with 2 cups of boiling water, cover and leave for 10 minutes to absorb the water.

2. Using a fork, crumble the lumps well.

3. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the bulgur, and season with olive oil, lemon and sumac.

Crumble the soaked bulgur and add the cheese and pistachios
