The Whisky Bar at Sarona in Tel Aviv is moving east with a new venue that promises "wine and meat at a different level."
Led by Ran Dor-Chai, Vin & Viande combines a restaurant, event hall, and wine shop under one roof in the BSR Tower city. The establishment highlights the produce of the Gazi'el farm, featuring a wide and diverse range of wine bottles, complemented by an impressive shop boasting hundreds of brands.
The menu includes, among other dishes, beef fillet carpaccio with truffle aioli, liver pâté with dried fruit jam, sea fish ceviche with green oil and blanco herbs, and stars like aged ribeye, sirloin with bone marrow, a colossal prime rib, and homemade desserts.

One of the best burger and meat chains continues to expand in the most literal sense, making its way to the southern city.
The Paris Texas outpost in Eilat is situated on Yotam Road, close to the famous seaside promenade and the Club Hotel, operating delivery starting at 12:00 PM and welcoming hungry diners from 6:00 PM. Yes, even on Saturdays.
Expect, of course, heaps of fries and aged cuts, a stellar smash burger, and engineering marvels that rise just before being devoured.

The smash and fried chicken hub is refreshing, expanding, renovating, and celebrating—debuting a new look for the flagship location on Ahad Ha'am Street in Tel Aviv, as well as a new spot in the northern part of the city.
The event will take place on Thursday (October 31, starting at 8:00 PM) at the veteran base and will feature a hip-hop performance by J.Lamotta 2, a show by Lava Dome, live mural painting, and an arcade tournament, along with plenty of burgers and crispy chicken, plus a promise of one hundred free smash burgers for the early birds.

The established Asian chain is wrapping up the holidays and gearing up for fall with a new temperature-oriented menu.
Here, you can find wonton soup with beef dumplings, a tropical poke bowl with seabass, tuna gazpacho with cucumbers, and bao buns, as well as proven hits like lobster shumai, green curry with tofu cubes, Indian Roll (spicy tuna, avocado, and asparagus wrapped in sea bass, with Japanese mayo, teriyaki sauce, and potato chips, peanuts, and raisins), and Chipolo Panko (chicken breast, smoked goose breast, truffle and mushroom puree in panko with mashed potatoes in creamy pepper-truffle sauce).

Alexanderfest, Alexander Brewery
The long-standing brewery in the Hfer Valley is continuing its joyous annual tradition and hosting a beer festival, and much more.
The Alexanderfest will take place on Thursday and Friday (October 31 and November 1) at the brewery complex. There will be live performances and a DJ promising to get the party started, a tattoo booth, generous beer servings, and plenty of food to accompany it. Admission is 60 shekels, of which NIS 10 will be donated to the NATAL organization supporting citizens and soldiers affected by trauma.
