The attacks on an IRGC operational headquarters destroyed the building, local media reported.
The last Israeli airstrikes to hit Syria were reported about two weeks ago, when the IDF struck a Syrian air defense battery after a Syrian air defense missile exploded mid-air over southern Israel.
The negotiations began in February and March of the same year, with representatives from both Israel and Syria presenting their initial plans to the then-US Secretary of State.
Several missiles were reportedly intercepted by Syrian air defense systems.
