Foreign Minister Eli Cohen met with Emirati Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahya will continue to discuss the progress of relations between Israel and the UAE.
Within just two years of signing the Abraham Accords, the UAE jumped to become one of Israel’s top 20 trading partners, with bilateral commerce more than doubling in 2022.
The UAE president said his country would work with Israel, Arab nations and international partners "to avoid regional escalation."
