Israeli cheesecake

This reporter went around the city sampling some of the finest bakery cheesecakes Jerusalem has to offer. Such is the heavy burden of journalism, the sacrifices we are forced to make.

Because we are just before the holiday of Shavuot, I decided to present to you, my readers, three recipes for cheesecakes, all of which are very dear to me.
