USS George H.W. Bush deploys to Middle East, third US aircraft carrier to join war

The WSJ initially reported in February that the Bush could have been deployed to join the Lincoln in the Middle East, though the Ford was chosen to be sent instead.

At least three US vessels depart San Diego, en route to Middle East, source tells 'Post'

A US Navy Third Fleet statement said the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit is conducting "routine operations" in the Pacific Ocean, but a source told the Post that it is en route to the Middle East.

USS Gerald Ford aircraft carrier to dock for repairs after 30-hour fire on board

The carrier, America's newest and the world's largest, is currently located in the Red Sea. It is expected to temporarily go to Souda Bay on the Greek island of Crete, the two officials said.
